Introducing Imperial Square, a grand precinct that will forever transform and elevate the bustling suburb of Southport. A world-class destination for the city, an icon for Queensland and the epitome of coastal living. Azzura’s latest development has arrived.
Imperial Square is a four-stage development across a site of 13,420sqm and will consist of vertically-integrated commercial and accommodation complex, capturing Australia’s second largest non-resource export sector, tourism.
Stage One will see the introduction of Regal Residences/TRYP Hotel, a selection of 145 luxurious one, two and three-bedroom apartments with two exclusive four-bedroom rooftop penthouses.
Stages Two, and Three consist of a six-level podium structure including 50,000sqm of gross floor area (GFA), currently planned and designed for associated amenities including cafes, restaurants, retail and commercial.
Extending above the podium are two separate towers consisting of 54 and 108 levels. When completed, Imperial Square’s Stage Three tower will rise above all others and stand as one of the tallest towers in Australia and the Southern Hemisphere.
