Imperial Square is a three-stage development across a site of 13,420sqm and will consist of vertically-integrated commercial and accommodation complex, capturing Australia’s second largest non-resource export sector, tourism.
Stage One will has seen the introduction of Regal Residences/TRYP Hotel, a selection of 245 luxurious one, two and three-bedroom apartments plus rooftop penthouses.
Stage Two, Monarch Place, is currently under construction.
When completed, Imperial Square’s Stage Three tower will rise above all others and stand as one of the tallest towers in Australia and the Southern Hemisphere.
